WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Surfea provides express shipping only, however, you can choose FREE express shipping method depending on the order value of yours.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We offer free standard delivery on orders over US$80, and a flat rate of US$20 for orders under US$80.

Shipments will be prepared in order of purchase and will take 1-3 days to be dispatched.

Due to unforeseen COVID-19 delays, shipping time can vary anywhere between 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.

Additional shipping charges may occur for ODA locations and the transit time for shipments to these regions may be longer.

To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service before your order is shipped. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We are putting the utmost effort to ship our products wherever you are. While we are able to ship to most of the world, there are still some countries that we are not able to ship to. If your county is not on the list, please note that we are working closely with our shipping partner and will make announcements when shipping to your country is available. Please note that if you have NOT paid duties & taxes while ordering, duties & taxes may be due upon delivery. These fees vary depending on your country & its customs bureau. We, SURFEA, are not responsible for those extra fees that you may or may not be subject to.

* For Southeast Asian Countries, there are some local regions without FedEx facilities that we are not able to ship to. We politely ask for your understanding.



HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a notification email once your product is shipped out from our warehouse. Your tracking number will be provided in the notification email. For further help, E-mail us at support@surfea.shop. We will do our best to assist you in the timeliest manner possible.
